The hotel has become a complete dump. When it was hooters, it wasn’t fancy, but at least it was reasonably clean and passable. Now, the property is dirty and the scent pumped into the hotel mixed with the general smoke and funk are just gross. Everything is worn out. Bashed in walls in the hallways, one of our rooms was missing the sliding glass door and was open to the elements when we checked in. Dead insects in my room, and another colleague could either get freezing or scalding water. I wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room the carpet was so icky. I literally dreaded going back to the room after our night out and would have moved hotels if I hadn’t already paid for three rooms and was just staying one night. And a $50 ‘resort fee is laughable. Resort is the last thing that comes to mind at this property. Plus $20 a day to park. I took employees knowing it wasn’t a palace, but I was mortified and embarrassed and had I had funds to pay for another hotel, we’d have been out of there in a heartbeat. I almost would have rather slept in my car. I received a follow up satisfaction survey call and the poor agent got an earful. Why waste money on paying for a survey when maybe management should just take a look around and spend that money on things like cleaning staff and improvements?

El servicio al cliente terrible, en la recepcion no muestran interes de solucionar ningún inconveniente, son racistas y no tienen ningún tipo de organizacion con el tema de los debitos en línea, no tienen uniforme donde se identifiquen que son parte del lugar. No escuchan a los huespedes, además me senti intimidada por los guardias de seguridad que llamo la manager sin tener razón alguna.
