I came here for a conference, thought proximity to monorail would be great. The room was actually comfortable, nice beds and pillows, wouldnt try to impress anyone with this, but it was simple, cheap and comfy room so i was happy with it

The first room I was assigned was not at all clean. The bathroom looked horrendous with stains all over the seat and the tub. I was reassigned another room and the toilet was still stained. Not to mention the beds were sunken and one of the bed frames were out of place (it scratched the back of my foot). It was much after midnight when I checked in and all I wanted to do was rest, so I didn’t bother requesting another room and just sucked it up. I just wouldn’t book here again the next time.

I paid for a room upgrade for a coffee machine. Despite asking multiple times for my room to be cleaned, not one visit over 5 day stay. Which meant I didn’t get a coffee refresh either. Cheap, good location, a bit sketchy at times.
