The room’s tv did not have any internet connection. It was apparently supposed to but the technology wasn’t working the entire 7 nights we stayed there. This is unacceptable. They kept saying it would be fixed and it was not. Other times the internet itself completely cut out. In this day and age when everyone has Netflix accounts etc - to not have an internet connection to a tv in a hotel room is unacceptable. Other than that the place was a decent value for the money (we went off season when prices were cheap). Aspects of the room were dated and dilapidated like they hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. For example old light switches and outlet plates, a bathroom with antiquated sink and tub. These had the quality of a cheap outdated motel despite other aspects of the hotel being like a hipster boutique aesthetic. They need to do a little more work to bring the place fully up to speed.

We were only there for one night on NYE, attending a wedding nearby. We basically just slept there. It was a great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Room was clean. We slept well.
Phone charger in rooms , snacks and coffee maker in rooms , pad and pen etc… little things to make more personable. Greet and acknowledge upon quests returning and leaving. Only once we’re spoken to and that was because they wanted to clean the room because they saw we were checking out so asked us our room number . It was a nice stay just use to being more personable
Nice, clean room. Great area. Elevators tended to take quite a long time and the elevator call button would randomly turn off while waiting. Would stay again
